The tool allows you to be more organized than you’ve probably ever been. You can create one big project, add sub-tasks that need completed to make the bigger picture whole, set up reminders to make sure they’re done, add notes, attachments and anything else you may need. What’s more, you can even share the projects you’re working on with other people via email, spreading the burden of getting things done to everyone that needs to be involved.
Users can set up a task’s priority so they’re better organized, set up a label and decide whether it’s a sub-task or not.

This means that this is also a perfect tool not only for writing up a grocery list, but also putting in your work-related projects that need to be completed in time by a team of individuals. In fact, you can put tasks and projects in a series of categories, including Inbox, Personal, Work, Errands, Shopping and Movies to watch.

How's your Karma?

Another cool feature that Todoist comes with is the fact that you can set up your Karma, which means you can choose how many tasks you want to complete each day, and each week. You can assign yourself off days and even turn on “Vacation” mode to pause Karma when you’re away. In this manner, you can set up some achievable goals and increase them as you go.

The app allows you to login by using an email address or your Google Account. Just make sure you use the same account on all platforms so that you can benefit from the synced data.
