In addition, you can share projects, assign tasks and collaborate with anyone that uses this app. Activities can also be categorizes into filters based on priorities and tasks assigned to you. The app also allows you to postpone a task for a later date.
Sync your data to all devices
You shouldn't worry about accessing your data with Todoist, since the app automatically syncs tasks to all your devices and to the cloud, so you can view your tasks anytime, anywhere. In addition, you can use the app on your phone, tablet, desktop, browser or Gmail, as well as offline when you don't have internet connection.
Share projects
Todoist is also useful when you're sharing projects with others. Simply add a collaborator and share tasks instantly, thus improving work performance. Also, the app provides instant notifications for updates and new comments, and it works well with Dropbox and Google Drive for adding documents to your tasks.
It's a good task manager app, it allows you to adjust reminders for daily tasks. However useful features like creating notes and adding labels are only available with an upgrade.
