In this day and age, people still prefer to jot down their meetings and personal affairs in a hardcover agenda. That’s because a) some folks don’t want to entrust their personal affairs to a cell phone; b) they’re afraid of the cloud; c) they can’t find a tool that suits their needs.

We can’t make any promises that WeTime fixes any of the above, but if you’re looking for a simple planner with a simple layout and an even simpler way to add your meetings and calls to the calendar, you might want to check this one out.

One of the simplest productivity tools of its kind, WeTime could use a bit more color and a thicker font. But if your vision is ok, then you’ll probably enjoy using the app.

Making appointments with WeTime is a breeze. Best of all, the calendar view makes it really easy to see when you’re free and when you’re booked (and with whom).

You just pick the time slots you want to suggest directly from your calendar, you add people to the meeting/call, let them suggest their own hours, and when everyone decides on the right time and date, boom! it’s a plan.

WeTime keeps your calendar updated in real time, and it lets you quickly see your free windows in a very visual manner - not with just timestamps.
