Getting things done is always important, but keeping organized isn’t always the easiest thing to do, especially given the busy lives we all have. Not to mention the fact that some people are just better at getting things straight and putting their ducks in a row than others, which means they’ll need a little more help.

Timeful is an app that was designed for this particular reason – helping people stay organized not just at work, but also at home and in their private lives. Not only is this app supposed to act as your to-do list and your calendar, but it’s also meant to be an intelligence assistant that takes into account a lot of things about your life.

Learns how you work

More specifically, it uses some cool algorithms to suggest the best times to schedule various to-dos and habits throughout the day. For instance, if you state that your most productive time is in the morning, that’s when you’ll get to see most of those work-related tasks you’ve set up. The app learns your behaviors, adapts to your schedule and personalizes the recommendations it gives you the more you use it.

There are three types of entries you can make. For instance, you can schedule an event either for work or for home, mention f it lasts all day or the times it starts and ends at. You can add things to the to-do list and put these in various categories, such as Personal, Work, Fun, Important, Wellness or Custom.

You can also start habits which follow the same category pattern. For these, you can choose how often you want them to happen each day, week or month.

Get an overview

You can check out the entire calendar and see when you have scheduled meetings, personal events and so on, enter any of the days and see exactly what you have to do. There’s also a way to easily view your entire to-do list and check things off as you accomplish them, which should make things a lot easier. You can also filter everything by the type of entry they are and only see, for instance, those on the “Work” list.

All in all, Timeful is a pretty cool app that comes with a lot of nice features. Sure, we’ve seen most of these before in other organizing tools, but we haven’t exactly seen this learning algorithm that’s supposed to help you stay on top of everything with very little difficulty.
