Handle 1.2.14

Handle all your emails, to-do lists and calendar entries from the same app
Keeping yourself organized is not always the easiest thing to do, especially if you have a very busy lifestyle. From personal appointments, to business meetings, to making dinner at home, there are many things that you need to accomplish each given day and very little time to do them all.

Having things jotted down can be of great help in getting things done within a day, so that’s why a to-do list is perfectly ok to have. There are apps, however, that will mix in a few important tools that you need every day – a to-do list, your email inbox and the calendar.

Meet Handle

Handle is one of those apps that brings all these together and helps you handle everything from the same location.

Setting things up is pretty simple and you’ll only need to make sure that you’ve added your personal email accounts and calendars. This can be done quite easily and the app will guide you through each step so there’s really no difficulty in any of this.

You can set up an account to start with, but there are more that you can add at a later time, whenever is convenient to you.

When handling the email inbox, you can swipe the messages to the right to reveal several features. You can use the email to create a to-do listing, to add an entry to the calendar or to set up a reminder. Swiping the message in the other direction will give you access to several other features, such as archiving and deleting the email or scheduling it for a later read.

The inbox you’ve set up can be viewed in compact or expanded form. The latter reveals the sender’s name, subject line, date and time it was received and a bit of the actual message.

Swipe to switch

Switching between the to-do list, the email accounts and the calendar can be done extremely easy by swiping between the screens. Alternatively, you can open the side menu an pick it up from there.

All in all, Handle is a pretty nice app that is quite easy to navigate, even for first-time users. The design is simple and intuitive and even though there may not be too many customization options just yet, it looks nice. Hopefully, you won’t have too many problems with the fact that the background is white and bright.

Oh, and one more thing that’s cool about the app is the fact that you can also install a Chrome extension to sync all the data to your computer.
