The app doesn't come with a tutorial or a presentation of its features, but it does have some tips that you can check out, in case you were having trouble using this application. It comes with material design and has a side menu that provides users with the option of making changes to the app's functions.

Create all sort of notes
The app lets you create as many notes as you wish and it doesn't enforce any word limit. You can also use it to make to do lists, both features have the same settings. You'll need to provide a title and details before you can actually save the note.
Collateral is different compared to other similar applications, in the sense that it doesn't provide users with access to their notes from the main menu, but from the notification screen. All notes and lists are pinned in the status bar, you can read or tap on them to get more details.
Some features and tools
The app lets you change the default notification and set priorities for the notes displayed. It comes with the option of changing the pins displayed at the start of each note. The side menu gives users the option to check all notes and lists that they're created, together with reminders.
It lets you add actions, pictures and set reminders for your notes, but this feature is only available if you upgrade to the premium version for 2.59$. It lets you adjust sounds, enable vibration, LED and pick the ringtones that you might want to use for alerts. In addition, you can adjust the default reminder time and it comes with a snooze button.
