I don’t know about you, but I personally love wasting time now and then looking at silly or funny pictures on various sites. It’s a way to relax at the end of days when you just need a laugh or maybe a way to start the day with a smile on your face.

Cheezburger is an app that will help you achieve these exact goals by mixing content from a series of sites, including FAILBlog, I Can Has Cheezburger and dozens others.

The iOS app urges you to log into your account or use Facebook or an email address to set up an account. If you don’t want to do this, however, you can just tap the “Continue as Guest” button below and just ignore the prompt.

Set up your favorites

You’ll then have to tell the app what kind of things you’re interested in seeing, such as animals, fails, heartwarming posts, pranks, comics and so on. Once you’ve decided on the categories you like most, the app will suggest a series of sites to follow and will do this automatically for you. Of course, that’s a bit presumptuous and they know it, so you can unfollow any of them by simply tapping on the button again.

You can view and rate posts from any of these sources, as well as those coming from the community, namely posts that were made by other users. There’s also a search button to help you find more content. Navigating between posts can be done by swiping to the left and right.

Create your own

What makes this app extra cool is that you can make things yourself. You start off by picking up a template (solo or collage), move on to pick the content by picking from a series of backgrounds, images, or GIFs. You can also look through your phone. It’s then possible to add text, stickers or draw your own doodle over the image. The result is saved to the phone and can be shared on the platform, as well as on Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.

This is a pretty cool app that will certainly help put a smile on your face. Regardless of the mood you’re in, your spirits will certainly lift once you start looking at cute pictures or see people stumbling around.
