Neat interface with many hidden gems
Developers of this have preferred to provide musiXmatch with a clean and uncomplicated interface, perfect for organizing your music and listening to it while on the go. However, the app doesn't come with multiple themes to change or even a car mode for listening while you're driving.
Still, it has a couple of widgets to allow you to shift through music from the homescreen. It also comes with a custom lockscreen, so you don't have to unlock your phone to skip a song.
Multiple features and tools
musiXmatch player is best for organizing your songs into albums, genres, artists or folders. It can also be used for creating playlists, setting up songs as ringtones or making a queue list. There's also a search bar and you can add your favorite songs to a distinct section within the menu, for fast access. While you browse through the gallery, songs playing are featured on the bottom of the screen, leaving you plenty of space to manage your playlist.
Equalizer, song identifier and lyrics finder
musiXmatch is packed with several features, including an equalizer with bass and 3D effect. There's also a sleep timer and you can edit the info of the song as you wish. But it's coolest features are the song identifier and lyrics finder. musiXmatch can be set to identify a song playing in the background and also records a history of identified songs.
For each playing song, musiXmatch finds lyrics on the internet and displays them neatly on the screen. The app also finds information on the artist and albums, together with the option of listening to them on Spotify or on YouTube. And if you wish to practice your vocal skills, you can set the app to remove the song's vocals and let you sing over them, all while displaying the lyrics to make it easier for you.
