One of the app that can help you manage your schedule easier is Cozi Family Organizer. It's a nice app that lets you organize your family's activities and makes sure that you're all on schedule.

Sleek interface with plenty of features at hand

The app comes with a tutorial or a presentation, which is nice since it shows users all the neat things that you can do inside the app. The first thing that you need to do inside the app is to register with an account.

You'll need to create an account for the entire family and set a password that you must share with them so that they could access the information. You'll also need to provide a zip code and add each family member by entering their email address. At a first glance, it seems like a really useful app for coordinating schedules and managing all sort of family activities.

Manage schedules

You can add appointments, write notes and add a time, before sharing them with your family. The side menu gives you access to the calendar, so you can check appointments. The app also lets you import your schedule from Google Calendar.

There's the option to display appointments by week or days. You can also filter activities that are assigned only to certain members of your family. Other than that, it comes with lots of interesting features. You can create shopping lists, to do lists and create a journal.

More features and tools

The app comes with a recipe section in which you can add recipes or check out the suggestions provided inside the app. There are recipes with lots of instructions and nutritional information on dishes.

The app comes with some more sections and tools, but unfortunately you can't access them unless you upgrade to the premium version. Users would have to pay 29.99$ per month in order to remove ads, get notifications on birthdays or change the theme.

You can also set multiple reminders and sync contacts with your family members, but only if you upgrade to the gold version of the app. The premium version covers the whole family and every device.
