Sleek and easy-to-use design

To do that you'll need to register with your Facebook profile or use an email address. Afterward, the app will guide you through the setup but beforehand you should tweak settings to make the app your own. You'll find everything you need in the side menu on the left and you can change the day in which the week starts or make other interface changes.
Stay motivated
The app uses a simple system to make sure you stay motivated. Simply pick a habit that you wish to change or implement and tap on the days in which you were successful. The app also lets you change the color scheme for the two options and it also shows inspirational images, to keep you motivated.
In addition, you can have the calendar import information from Google Fit, including your weight, height, etc. It also lets you add notes and provides you with quotes and notifications so you would remember to exercise, cook or simply set aside some time for yourself. You can lock information inside the app with a PIN number.
Check out the forum and compete in a challenge
The whole purpose behind the app is to achieve streaks or multiple days in which you didn't give in to your vice or you broke the habit. In addition, it comes with a forum where you can discuss various things with other users or you can take up a challenge to keep you motivated.
In fact, the app relies a lot on user support, you also decide which inspirational quotes and images are the best. It also displays charts and graphs of your habits.
But the free version only lets you track up to 5 habits, while the premium version can be used to track 100, it comes with cloud backup and 3 widgets. It also supports exports of data to CSV and costs 4.53$.
