Tictail is what is known as an e-commerce platform, but don’t let the nomenclature scare you off. It’s not eBay-style commerce. It’s something completely new and personal. Plus the prices are killer!

Tictail doesn’t start off by asking you to sign in or to create an account so that they can get you before you even have the chance to decide if you want to make a buy. No, it shows you what the service is about, and then lets you browse the product categories, even displaying the prices and their sellers’ story.
That’s right. Instead of just displaying the name of the person who made that painting, or piece of clothing, it actually shows you the person posing with their work around them. It’s the kind of thing that makes shopping feel personal and gives you a true incentive to connect to the artist by buying his / her work.
As far as the UI is concerned, the screenshots speak for themselves. Navigation is swift and intuitive. It’s hard to lose yourself in this app, but it’s also hard not to, if you catch my drift.
Great prices
Tictail is not your typical online retailer where you buy phones, toasters and game consoles. This service is reserved for the fine arts, minimalistic accessories, fashionable clothing made by freelancers with amazing taste, and kitchen items that you’ll buy but never use for fear of ruining them. These are just examples, of course.
Best of all, many items there sell for just a few dollars. Anyone can afford buying in Tictail, and the service deals with the shipping and other details as well.
Start your free online store
For some, the best thing in Tictail will be that they’ll be able to start their own online business by listing their offerings there in the manner described a few paragraphs earlier. If you’re already thinking of doing that, know that you’ll be joining a community of over 50,000 stores.
The store and product collections have been improved from a design standpoint. Storekeepers can even manage their marketplaces by suing the app, saving everyone some time. Users can share their favorite stores and products to a variety of social networks, which should pump up their visibility to some extent.
