Expenses OK 2.1

Track all your expenses with the help of a simple app
Month after month, your paycheck keeps flying out the window and that’s making you wonder where the heck all the money’s going. There is a solution to your problem and that’s keeping track of your expenses.

Writing them down on a million pieces of paper isn’t going to be of much good and you could always forget just what you spent the money on somewhere between hitting the store and getting home. In this situation, having an app to help you out is probably the best way to go about things.

Expenses OK Is an app that will help you track everything you spend. To make things nicer, the app comes with a rather attractive design, so opening the app each time you need it won’t be a chore.

Intuitive

As mentioned, the app’s interface is cute and intuitive, which makes it easy to work with. You’ll find a number pad which helps you input the amounts you spend, and a few expense categories so you can file them all. For instance, you can pick between food, lunches, clothes, sport, fuel and service for your car, house, relaxation, mobile, and Internet.

To the side, you’ll find a calendar where you can change the date. So, if you forgot to type in last night’s dinner, you can still fill it in for the proper day so you can keep things under close watch. It’s also possible to add notes for whatever expenses you have.

Easy as pie

Tapping on the pie chart button at the top right corner of the screen will reveal exactly that – a pie chart of your expenses. You can check out how much and on what you spent money on for the day, month or year. The pie chart itself is pretty self-explanatory, but if the data doesn’t satisfy you, you can then scroll a bit and discover just how much of the day’s money went on a particular category and what was the exact amount you shelled out.

The app’s side menu gives you access to a few extra features. You can enable a password for the app and turn off sounds. The data can be backed up or synced with the iCloud account, or you can even export it as CSV.

Another cool feature that is available for iOS 8 users is the widget. This enables you to add expenses to the list from the Today tab and you won’t even have to launch the app to do this, which should save quite a bit of time and make logging expenses on the go that much easier.
