It’s important to keep track of the expenses you have each day, each week and each month so you can improve your budget management skills, especially if your paycheck somehow manages to vanish every month before you even get to your next one.

Instead of using the old pen and paper, having an app to help you handle everything is much better and it’s also a guarantee that you won’t be losing track of your expenses by losing scraps of paper.

Start keeping track of your expesnes

EasyCost is an app that will help you keep track of everything you spend as long as you remember to fill it in every time money comes into and out of your pocket. It comes with a simple interface that’s very easy to figure out and to handle.

There are several books you can keep, such as for daily costs, traveling expenses and so on. You can add more if you want and you get to name the new ones or rename the old ones if that’s what you want.

Dragging your finger down over the screen will bring out the number pad and the categories. All you have to do is type in the sum and pick the category before tapping the “ok” button. You can pick between general, food, movie, drink, digital, mobile, social, transport, snack, and clothes, while additional ones can be added at a moment’s notice. Any incomes should be added under the green salary category.

If you’re not adding these all on the right book from the get-go, you can just tap the hamburger button on the screen and pick the right book from the list.

Change the appearance

The app’s settings area enables users to make some changes to the way the app works and looks. For instance, you can start off by picking the currency you use most. This is the same area from where you can make some changes to the covers by choosing a color and adding a background photograph. It’s also possible to add and remove categories for your expenses if you have any special ones to add.

If you want to access chart reports, this can be done from here too, both graphics and pie charts. Setting up billing reminders is also possible and you can export bills data if you desire so.

All in all, this is a great way to keep an eye on the money that comes and goes out of your pocket so you can adjust your expenses accordingly.
