One of the apps that you can use for just that is Quizlet. It's packed with all sort of interesting quizzes and course that you can check out. It has a nice interface with plenty of tools at hand, but it could have used some more features.
Sleek UI with plenty of features at hand
The app launches with a tutorial showing new users all the neat things that they can do inside the app, together with features that you can access. You'll need to create an account before you can access all the app's functions.
The app lets you sign in using your Google account, but you can't use Facebook or any other social network. Users can register either as students and download courses or as teachers and create their own quizzes. There's a search bar for finding all sort of courses, study sets or users on the network.
Learn all sort of courses
The app doesn't give you any suggestions on what courses you should take, users simply need to type in the name of the course. You can learn courses on geography, history, foreign languages, computer programming and more.
All content is created by other users, which means that the topics are both useful and very creative. It lets your learn with flashcards and quizzes for checking your progress. You get points when you finish a test and it lets you beat your score so you can get better on the topic.
More features and tools
The app provides teachers with all sort of tools that they can use in order to create courses for students. It doesn't have a settings menu, which means that you can't make any changes to the app's UI or functions.
Foreign language courses come with audio, so you can check pronunciation and make sure that you don't learn just grammar. Other than that, the app doesn't come with that many features and tools.
As an app for learning languages, it's not that complex and you can surely find some other better apps on the market. However, it's the first learning app that we've come across that allows users to create their own course and quiz for others to learn faster.
