It helps users learn new words by chatting with the app robot or checking word meanings in the dictionary. Aside from the fact that you learn English, you can also have fun by chatting inside the app.
Sleek UI with lots of features at hand
The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions which is quite inconvenient because it means that new users can't get any guidance when first launching the app. It doesn't come with material design or a side menu with quick access to sections.
It takes a while to get accustomed to the app's interface, as it may get a bit confusing and you might feel like you don't know how to access sections. It doesn't require online registration, which is quite nice but you will need internet connection in order to use this app.
Chat and learn new words
Users will need to provide their name so that the robot would know how to call you. The first thing that you need to do when launching the app is to take a test so it can assess how many words you know.
There's a toolbar at the top of the screen, use it to adjust some settings, enable sound, use the microphone or access other sections. Chatting is made easily, you can simply type in words and launch a conversation with the robot, type in words to check in the dictionary or search online. There's also a translator but don't expect it to work properly.
More features and tools
All of the sections can be accessed individually, the app also has a list of words that you've learned or check the renunciation inside the app. There's also a news section, one with pictures and jokes that you might like.
In addition, it has a section with music it gives you suggestions of songs that you can play on Xbox Music or check lyrics. The app has some tests that you can take, so you can assess your progress. You can also use the microphone to talk with the app, without having to type in words.
