Google Play Store has some applications that help you realize just how dependent you are of your phone. One of such applications is QualityTime - My Digital Diet. It sports a very modern UI and shows you just how often you unlock your phone and which application you use the most.
Sleek UI with lots of features at hand
The app launches with a tutorial showing users all the neat things that they can use inside the app and how they can make the most out of its tools. But before you can check out the tutorial, you'll need to register with an account.
Use your Facebook account or email address to do so. You'll also have to provide your birth year and gender is that is optional. The data is used anonymously for analyzing trends which developers plan to provide as future enhancements inside the app. It comes with material design and it has a very nice layout.

The app works seamlessly, but on Android L or above device, you must permit usage access so that the app can analyze the most used applications. The app displays your total app usage for the day, together with a timeline on which applications you've used and for how long.
