Test Your Android 3.0
One of the nicest is Test Your Android. Aside from allowing users to check details on their device, it also lets you test functions in case you want to buy a phone and aren't sure if it works properly.
Easy-to-use UI with lots of tools
It doesn't launch with a tutorial or a presentation of its features, but you wouldn't really need them since the app's interface has an intuitive layout with plenty of tools at hand. It doesn't come with material design or a side menu that would provide users with quick access to its features.
Still, you simply need to use the toolbar at the top of the screen in order to check out other tools. The app doesn't have a settings menu which means that you won't be able to make any adjustments to its functions or tools.
Test your phone
The app gives you access to all sort of tests that you can do on your device. There's the option to test the monitor color or cameras. It can be used for testing vibration and playing to sound. Flashlight can also be tested, together with the light sensor, WiFi, accelerometer, GPS, the proximity sensor or NFC.
System monitor can also be tested, as well as gravity, pressure or compass sensors. It displays latitude, longitude, speed, altitude, bearing or accuracy. It comes with all sort of instructions, to tell users how they can perform tests properly.
Details on your phone
Another section inside the app displays all sort of information on your phone like CPU manufacturer and available memory, hardware info, Android version or more. You can also check battery levels, status, technology and temperature.
Moreover, it comes with information on your camera like width, height, image resolution, focus modes, white balance, picture formats and much more. In addition, it shows you details on your SIM card, including the operator, code, state, device software version, serial number and more. The app comes in multiple languages, which is quite nice since it means that the app is available to multiple users.
