Smart Task Launcher is a nice app that provides you with a floating widget filled with shortcuts to all sort of applications on your phone. It comes with a high customizable interface and plenty of features at hand.

The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions to show new users how to access all the features inside the app. The first thing that you need to do in order to use the app to the fullest is to enable it. Afterward, you can start exploring settings and customizing the app to meet your preferences.
It displays a hotspot on the screen and lets you adjust its width, length, position and margin from the top or left of the screen. You can also assign the action for enabling the hotspot, for hiding it, expanding notifications or opening the home screen.
Customize the app to your liking
You can also change the color of the hotspot and choose from the many available. The app also lets you enable vibration for when the drawer is launched, adjust the movement when swiping or have the launcher displayed in the notification screen.
Assign shortcuts to any application on your phone, the app even lets you adjust the rows and columns, the size of icons, the name of icons or line counts. You can also change the size of the header and adjust the position of shortcuts inside the drawer. The launcher color can be adjusted as well as the animation type and time.
More settings and features
Add shortcuts to all sort of applications on your phone, to widgets, settings and others that might seem important. The launcher already has shortcuts to some popular apps like the calculator, Maps, system settings and voice search. You can add more if you wish.
The app lets you increase the priority of Smart Task Launcher so that Android system wouldn't kill it. You can also enable a notification in the status bar or have the app launch on start up.
The free version only comes with one hotspot and one launcher, having a limited number of icons that can be added. However, the pro version is more complex offering users the option of adding as many hotspots and launchers as they wish, but they'll need to pay 1.59$ for it.
