Whenever you wish to find interesting content to read, you should use a news reader. Most of them let you personalize the news feed with articles on topics that interest you and Zite also does just that. The app doesn't stand out from others on the market, but it does however provide an easy-to-use interface.

Plenty of instructions for a rather simplistic app

There truly are plenty of tips on how to the use the app and it need an online account in order to provide you with suggestions and recommendations on content to read. The app launches with a long list of topics, urging you to choose the ones you're most interested in.

They're arranged by categories but not alphabetically. Still, instead of scrolling through the long list use the search bar with auto-fill suggestions. Other than that the app has some functionality problems, some pages are ill-fitted or take too much to load, thus interfering with navigation within the app.

Read articles on various topics

The menu on the left of the screen is filled with all your favorite topics. Tap on the pen on the right and you'll be able to adjust the list and exclude categories. There's also a section with top stories, in case you wish to see trending articles.

Heart a section so it'll be shown in quickstart and there's a home screen widget for when you wish to check articles fast. But the app has some shortcomings, there's no adjustments that can be made to the theme and the font size can't be changed.

Share with friends

You can like an article or share it with friends, but you can't manage sources to add your favorite news publication or agency. The view in reader option only takes you out of the app.

The app doesn't provide you with just the story or the article, but also comments section, related stories and ads from the original page. In addition, there's no option of searching for specific articles on a topic.
