Zeam Launcher 3.1.10
But Zeam Launcher falls short of such tools and only comes with options for rearranging your apps and no additional customization tools.
Nice interface that could really use some more work
Unfortunately, Zeam Launcher doesn't even come with additional wallpapers or themes and only sports a boring interface with just a toolbar on the bottom of the page.
It doesn't have any instructions or even a tutorial showing new users how to get accustomed to the app and access all its features. In addition, the app has some settings under the 'hamburger' icon, but they're fewer compared to other launchers that we've tried out.
The menu could really use an upgrade as it's kind of dated and icons are gray and dull.
Make some changes to the app
Since there are no extra themes or wallpapers, we can't say that the launcher offers many customization options. You can have it run in fullscreen mode or use the sensor to rotate the UI.
Users can select special colors for when they press on icons or set the number of available screens to up to 7. They also have the option of selecting the default home screen or choosing the indicator type.
There's only one screen transition effect, but you can set the number of columns and rows in the app drawer or have the wallpaper scroll between screens.
Make further settings
The app also lets you select the grid type or enable animation when you open the app drawer. You can also set the background transparency or adjust the number of columns and rows in landscape mode.
In addition, you can also decide what the app would do when you make a certain gesture on the screen. Long press on the screen to add icons, change the wallpaper or access settings.
The app doesn't import your home screen folders or icons from the previous launcher that you've used so you'll have to create shortcuts on your own. But it does let you add shortcuts to the toolbar, but it won't let you sort apps in the drawer.

Bottom Line
Design / UI7
The launcher could really use some extra themes and wallpapers for users to choose from. |
Function7
It works just fine, but lacks some features that many launchers have like screen transition effects or the option to sort apps in the drawer. |
Security9
It doesn't need many permissions from your phone and they're all connected to its features so you don't have to worry about privacy issues. |
Battery8
Consumption isn't high, the app can't possibly drain your battery not on its own. |
Price10
It's free of charge, no ads or in-app purchases whatsoever. |
Compatibility8
It should work just fine on devices running Android version 2.2 or later, making it accessible to many users. |
It's a nice launcher but it could really use some more features and themes.
