Smart Tools 8.6
One app that could help you with that is Smart Tools. It's filled with 30 features for measuring the sound level, the speed, getting coordinates on your location, etc. The app is pretty straightforward and has all sort of features at hand.
Intuitive interface with plenty of features at hand
The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, although it might have used some explanations for its features. It doesn't have material design, which means that it's missing a side menu with access to all sort of sections inside the app.
The settings menu is actually empty, it should have displayed units and provide users with the option of choosing between various units of measurement but the section is blank.
Still, it has plenty of tools that you can choose from and each of them is different. The app comes with popup and banner ads, it opens each section with them and if you wish to remove ads you'll have to pay 0.99$.
Check out all sort of tools
The ruler measures dimensions and angles of different object and it doesn't need calibration. It simply features an image of a ruler but doesn't mention the unit of measurement on it.
The level meter checks surface levels, it lets you calibrate and reset it. The speedometer displays the speed on a racing-style gauge using GPS. It also records maximum speed, average speed, traveled distance and a current slope.
It has a flashlight and the sound meter monitors the current sound pressure level and its spectrum. You can use the app to find your location on a map, but it doesn't display coordinates and the altitude.
More tools
The app is quite useful for calculating the distance, it displays the height and lets you pick from two units of measurement, either meters or feet. It measures the speed of moving objects using a smart algorithm. It also has a compass, a protractor, vibrometer, currency converter, metronome, tuner, cardiograph, metal detector and a stop watch.
The magnifier and the mirror features use cameras on your phone. It comes with a barcode scanner that has a web search feature. Another tool is a dog whistle. You can test your battery inside the app.
