Ninesky Browser 5.1.0
Nice interface but it could use an upgrade
The app doesn't come with any instructions or a tutorial to show new users how to access features and tools inside the browser. You wouldn't really need instructions since the interface is really intuitive, but it could use an upgrade and nicer visuals to enhance the user-experience. The layout resembles that of a desktop browser, with the option to manage multiple pages arranged as tabs on the top of the screen.
You can find settings and other options on a toolbar on the bottom of the screen. It even has a back/forward button on the bottom, together with a separate section illustrating open tabs with the option of closing them easily.
Browse the internet easily
The app comes with a night mode and gives users the option to adjust the screen brightness. The app launches with the dashboard filled with shortcuts to your favorite websites, together to bookmarks, portals and the history of your searches.
You can share pages easily using icons found under the toolbar. In addition, you have the option of downloading files or enabling the full screen mode. The browser doesn't automatically reopen the last page that you've visited, although such an option would have been really nice.
Additional features
You can enable the privacy mode if you wish, in this case the app won't save cache files. It also comes with the option of optimizing pages, meaning the layout and size of the webpage will be more suitable for smartphones and the page will be loaded faster, but some advanced functions like video playing won't work.
In addition, you can have the app block popup windows but it comes with popup ads itself. Moreover, you can save passwords and form data, together with the history of visited pages. Text size can also be changed, but there's no actual way to remove ads.
