But because there's always something that you might want to add to your text or change in your spreadsheet, Microsoft launched Microsoft Office Mobile. It's the perfect app for making small changes to Office documents and for saving them in the cloud.
Sleek interface with many features
It doesn't launch with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, instead users must register with an account or log in with their Microsoft username and password. Afterward, you can access the app and all of its features. You can connect multiple cloud accounts to the app, including your personal and work accounts on OneDrive, SharePoint or Dropbox.
Simply import documents from there and save them into the cloud. Recently edited documents have shortcuts inside the app, so you wouldn't have to search through all the files in your cloud accounts.
Edit documents easily
Use the app to open all sort of files, including word documents, spreadsheets or presentations. You can check out chapters in word documents, making it easy to read them and skip to the section that interests you the most.
Type keywords in the search bar to find information easier and make all sort of formatting changes to the document. You can change the color of certain phrases, underline, bold or set italics for words.
There's the option to cross out words or increase/decrease font size. However, you can't change the text style or align text. Many other features that you might find in the desktop version aren't available, the app is only intended for making small changes to files.
