Loopr 2.0.1
It comes with multiple bubbles on the screen that can be moved around, they contain apps, navigation buttons, recent apps and running apps. It's a great way in which you can boost your creativity and multitask better at the same time.
Sleek interface with plenty of features at hand
The app launches directly with a tutorial, showing new users how to access all features and tools although the app itself is pretty simplistic and doesn't really need that many explanations.
Onscreen instructions are also available in the settings menu, as to make sure users understand the app before they can start using it properly. You can enable/disable the app easily from the settings menu and the tutorial can be accessed at any time from the menu. The app doesn't come in additional languages but it does have many customization options.
Customize the app to your liking
Loopr's interface can be customized in several ways, you can change the arc size, icons size, icon spacing or the size and opacity of bubbles. You can also assign an overswipe action, but you can only kill apps if your phone is rooted.
The app also lets you add bubbles or shortcuts to applications on your phone but it doesn't let you type text and find them in a search bar. In addition, you can have the app show you notifications in the status bar. It also comes with the option to let users pick from multiple icon packs but you'll need to upgrade to the premium version for this. The pro version costs 2.79$.
Multitask better
The nice thing about this app is that it lets you multitask better by providing you with shortcuts to all sort of applications installed on your phone. Simply tap on the bubble in the left side of the screen to open the shortcuts. The free version only lets you add five bubbles, either shortcuts to applications or functions on your phone.
You can set shortcuts to various system functions, like home screen, back button or others. All in all, the app is quite nice with some cute features but it needs some setting up and the free version is quite limited in the number of shortcuts that you can add to your 'bubble'.

Bottom Line
Design / UI9
The app has an intuitive and nice design, especially in the settings menu. The bubble also looks good but it could use some customization features. |
Function8
It works just fine although it's a bit limited compared to other similar apps that offer toolbars with multiple shortcuts. |
Security9
It only needs access to a few areas of your phone so it shouldn't pose any privacy issues. |
Battery8
Consumption is moderate, the app shouldn't drain your battery or take up too many resources. |
Price8
It doesn't have any ads but the free version is quite limited, for 2.79$ you get unlimited shortcuts and many more features. |
Compatibility8
It should work on devices running Android version 2.2 or later making it accessible to many users. |
It's a nice app but it needs some more features and options.
