Sleek interface with plenty of features at hand
The app launches directly with the home screen, featuring the top stories of the day. It doesn't come with a tutorial but the layout is really intuitive, with a side menu and the option to check topics easily as they're arranged into tabs on top of the screen.
You have access to all sort of sections inside the app by accessing the side menu and it even comes with the option of connecting to the station and getting live HD streaming on your Android device.
Read all sort of articles
The app lets you browse through all sort of articles, simply choose a category that you like including world news, business, sports, entertainment or health. Scroll down to read articles, they all comes with pictures and the option to adjust font size or favorite articles and read them later inside the app.
It also displays the time and date when a report was posted. You can share articles with friends on social networks, as the app provides you with a shortcut for that. In addition to that, users can swipe the screen right or left to navigate inside categories and read the next or previous article.

The app lets you connect to the station's server and get live streaming directly from Geo News. You can enable HD, but that will cause the app to use more battery resources. You can also check out all sort of videos, including shows on the network or Geo reports on important events from all over the world.
There's also a map inside the app, simply tap on a city to get reports from that location. The app comes with a section filled with trending articles and one in which it lets users log in with an account. Although all articles come in English, video streaming is done in Pakistani so unless you speak the language you won't be able to understand what they're saying.
