Sleek interface with plenty of features at hand
The app needs users to register using their Facebook profiles or create a new account by providing their email address and a password. This will allow you to get updates and offers from ESPN. After the registration, users are required to choose their favorite teams by tapping on competitions and selecting teams.
Users may also adjust alert settings and have the phone vibrate each time new events occur. You can enable alerts for any championship that you like, including college football news, NBA, racing, etc. All favorited teams will appear on a menu on the left of the screen.

The menu on the left makes it easy to access news on various sports, all you need to do is open the list and tap on the one that interests you the most. You can choose from tennis, racing, football, soccer, basketball and golf.
If you need to find your favorite team, simply use the search bar on top of the screen and type in the name, while the app will provide you with suggestions and the option of adding teams to your favorites list instantly. The sports center displays information on recent scores, including videos and a short description of the game.
Watch live TV or listen to radio feed
The app also lets you check the news, latest Tweets on the championship and rankings. Unlike other similar apps, ESPN has updated information and news on many teams and championships.
If you're currently residing in the US, you can use the app to watch live TV but you'll need to download an additional app for that. Still, you can listen to the radio station from multiple locations around the world. The app also comes with a home screen widget, where you can check out the latest scores.
