Sleek design with all features at hand
The app sports a really nice UI, with a clean and fresh layout and a structure that lets you access all features at once without having to look for them inside the app. CM Battery doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions to show new users how to access features and navigate inside the app.
Still, the app features really nice animation and visual effects, resembling those of Clean Master. It's a complementary app that works well with the highly popular optimizer, but has a few distinct features and tools.
Detect applications that run in the background
The app launches with the main function, it scans your device quickly and finds out which apps run in the background and take up resources. It also lets you turn off WiFi as to save resources or reduce the screen timeout, so that it wouldn't take up so much battery.
You can also set brightness to auto or decide which apps that run in the background you'd like to kill and uncheck the ones you want to keep. The app comes with a feature that would help you whitelist applications and prevent them from being closed.
Three charging modes
The app also lets you close all apps with one tap, but you'll have to tweak system settings for that. Also, it shows you current battery status in the notification bar and it comes with three charging modes to choose from.
You can have the app quickly charge your battery to 80% and then have the electrical current lowered as to ensure a complete charge. Afterward, the app completes the trickle stage to help extend battery life.
It also displays the amount of battery you have left and the time it would take until it's completely charged. If you installed Clean Master on your device, you may access some of its features directly from CM Battery. You can have the app scan your device and clean up junk files or boost your memory by killing running applications.
