One of such apps is Anews and although it's not as popular as others, it does come with a really nice layout and design. The app has all the basic features found in other news reader apps, together with some extra ones.
Easy-to-use interface with plenty of nice features
Anews comes with a tutorial that shows you all the neat things that you can do with the app and gives you instructions on how to make the most of the app. But before you can get started, you'll need to register with an account and there are many possibilities of linking your social networking accounts to make this process faster.
You can sign up with Facebook, Google, Twitter, VK and other profiles. Next, you'll need to subscribe to topics that interest you the most, the app provides you with a longer list of such fields, compared to other applications on the market.

After you've chosen the subjects you're interested the most, you'll can start browsing through your news feed. The app displays all the top news on the internet, together with articles grouped in accordance to fields that you've selected.
It takes a while to load images, so users must be patient but it does open articles fast although some are opened in two separate pages. Topics can be accessed if you tap on the drawer on the top of the screen and this allows you to find content faster.
You can rate articles, save them for reading later or share them online. There's also the option of commenting on articles, but you'll have to follow the general guidelines of the app.
Choose the content you receive
The app comes with a side menu that offers access to all its sections and it makes great use of animation when opening articles. You can swipe left or right to navigate through content and there are some settings that you can make.
Firstly, you can select the edition or manage content providers, enable notifications and have the app automatically show comments. Saved articles can be viewed even in offline mode but the section should get its own shortcut in the side menu.
Font size can also be changed and you can add all your saved posts to Pocket, to make the available on multiple devices at any time.
