Sleek interface with all tools at hand
The first thing you need to do in this app is register with an account. Use your Facebook or Google+ accounts to register, or an email address. The app will provide you with various tips for creating projects, to do lists and enjoying all features it has to provide.
The interface seems plain, without any customization features, no option of adding background images or anything else for that matter. It's great as a task manager, but it doesn't make certain categories of tasks stand out from others, making it easy to confuse them.
Add tasks and manage projects
The app makes it easy to manage projects and assign tasks to users. Create projects, type in a title and provide an email address of members, to invite them to join. You can add groups to a project and create tasks for all members to see.
The project activity section is filled with completed steps and all the group's activity in the app, so you can see whenever someone completes a task that you've assigned.
Tap on a task to add a deadline, adjust the importance and add reminders. You can also add attachments to tasks in the form of pictures, videos and all sorts of files. Comments can also be added and the app works in landscape mode. Completed tasks stay on the home page until the end of the day.
Sync on all devices
The app lets you create up to 5 projects with unlimited tasks and groups. You can get instant notifications for whenever a change is made to a project. The app provides instant synchronization across multiple devices, so you'd always get your tasks from the cloud making them available on numerous devices.
An upgrade to the pro version would get you numerous other features, including more project views and unlimited subtasks to divide to-dos into smaller pieces. Still, the app could have come with more visual effects in the free version.
