NASA Hub 1.0.0.0
Since the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, NASA as we all know it is the most dependable source of information for all things space related, keeping track of everything they release to the public is something many like to do.
To help those who rely on their Windows Phone devices for getting news and information, in general, NASA Hub is an app that should not be overlooked, as it covers almost the complete array of activities at the Space Administration.
Decent layout and less inspired graphics
The appearance of this utility is somewhat original, but without being too attractive, as the elements of graphical design are less polished than expected and the focus is clearly on functionality at this time.
The content is kept very well organized and structured inside several dedicated sections, so you will be able to find anything you are interested in without fumbling around.
The images are of mixed quality, some being very good, while others not so much, while some minor delays in loading the content can be noticed here and there.
There are some irritating adverts that follow you around and they come as flashing banners that seem glued to the bottom of the screen.
Read social network posts and the latest news
Following the activity of NASA researches and astronauts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the official NASA.gov website is right at your fingertips. All you have to do is head on to the "Social Hub" section and every thing will be easy to access.
If you are looking for the news releases there is a special area where you can read everything published by NASA concerning the Solar System, our planet, the universe in general and concerning a lot more topics
NASA missions and other info at a glance
This application is opening the way to learning more about various programmes of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, so you can check out video podcasts (vodcasts) and read details from the corresponding module.
There is a problem with loading the data in certain categories of NASA Hub and a more annoying flaw is the complete uselessness of the YouTube section, where none of the channels can be accessed.
Fortunately, there is the "New Info - Mission" area where you can read interesting stuff about the ISS, Keppler Mission and more.
