The simple interface of the application provides a decent preview area when editing the images, where you can look at the modifications as they are applied in real-time.
Most the tools and commands reside in the lower part of the screen, which makes them easy to access from any screen. An exception are the photo filters that appear as thumbnails, using the selected picture as preview, so you can easily tap on any of the ones you want to apply.

The toolset for editing the images is pretty comprehensive and you have at your disposal a wide array of options. Thus, you can crop a portion of the photo, resize it and modify the orientation by rotating or flipping it.
The usual contrast, brightness, hue, saturation and sharpness adjustments are included and can be fine-tuned each with its corresponding slider control. Adding text strings and personalizing them on the spot can be done equally easily, thanks to the dedicated option that is part of Ee Photo Editor.
Apply cool effects and share the images
There are plenty of effects to choose from and most of them can be characterized as artistic, while a considerable smaller number are more related to the enhancement of certain image parameters.
The more complex filters take a few extra seconds to be applied, while the preview area is very much undersized and it lacks an "Undo" function to revert the changes.
A positive thing is that the app is able to apply several effects onto the same image, while for the sharing operation several methods are supported as well.
