For those who keep their Windows Phone at hand most of the time, a tool like Convert2Go could prove its usefulness quite rapidly, as it packs a set of relatively common measurement units, including currency and allows users to carry out conversions in no time.
Tidy appearance and neatly organized GUI
The application has a clean look, with a well-thought layout that facilitates the access to all the features and commands. Also, the navigation among the various sections and menus of the utility is done smoothly and without any delays or other similar glitches.
The numeric keypad stretches across half of the screen, so the buttons are easy to distinguish and press, while the list of available quantities is reachable from the lower part of the screen.
Pick the measurement units and carry out the conversions
Convert2Go offers a very simple mode of operation, so you will be able to carry out the needed conversions in no time. Also, there are plenty of units to choose from, so the app covers enough areas of interest.
First off, in order to perform the operations the app is designed for you will have to select the two measurement units first and this can be done very easily by visiting the dedicated area where all of them are hosted. Then, you can simply input the value to view the result, which it is calculated as you type.
An important mention that has to be made is that the utility can work with negative values as well, beside the regular, positive ones. Also, you will be able to switch the two measurement units by tapping twice anywhere in the upper part of the screen, right above the numeric touch pad.
Quick configuration of the app and units
Inside the "Settings" area of Convert2Go you will find the general adjustments that allows you to activate the sounds, the calculator function and also the automatic updates for the currency. These rates can also be refreshed manually from the same section with a tap on the dedicated button.
Insofar as the measurement units are concerned, the application allows you to individually pick the ones you want to have available in each category, while activating all of them can be done just as easily, but you will still have to go through every category.
