myMail 3.0

myMail lets you handle multiple email accounts at once
We all have one too many email addresses, some that we actually use on a daily basis and some that we sometimes visit in case that one person we gave the address to has sent us a message. Thankfully, however, we can keep them all in the same place if we have the right app installed.

myMail is a tool that provides just that – a way to keep everything together in one place and to check them all out with just a few taps.

Handles most mail

The app was built to manage messages from a wide range of email services, including Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook, Exchange, iCloud, AOL and so on. There’s also the possibility to create a my.com email address or to set up your work email since the tool supports any IMAP and POP3-enabled mailbox.

Setting things up is extremely easy and only requires that you pick the type of account you want to create and provide the credentials for it. Depending on the service, logging in will be easier or a tad more difficult, but in the end, it’s all pretty easy to figure out. In fact, even if you choose to add a work email, for instance, things are pretty easy and the app will collect its own data so you don’t have to bother fiddling with a thousand settings.

Then, all the accounts you’ve set up can be easily accessible from the side menu. Not only will you be able to jump from one account to the other, but you’ll also see how many emails are left unread in there.

From the side menu you can access the folder area, not only for emails, but also for contacts and anything else you may have stored in there.

Handle all messages

When reading an email, there are a few options for you. You can flag any of them, reply and forward, or mark as spam. Depending on the features that come with each type of account, you may even be able to archive the messages. This can be done by either opening the message or dragging your finger from right to left over an email, which will reveal a few buttons for quick access. Long pressing on any of them also works to select them in bulk.

The app’s settings area allows you to control notifications, mail badges, the storage space and other details, such as the appearance, name and avatar, signature and so on.

Overall, this is a pretty great app. The fact that you can add so many types of accounts makes this one great tool to have on your phone.
