Pic Jointer – Picture Collage, Camera Effects plus Photo Editor 2.1
Some people are content with just sprinkling a little color here and there, adding filters and effects, and sharing their images one by one. Others understand photography on a different level. They prefer to share their works as moments in time, sometimes different moments from different times stitched together to offer a broader picture.
Clean UI
Pic Jointer is a great solution for achieving awesome collages. Its clean interface makes it easy to pick photos and make edits. Had it not been for the constant ads and nag screens telling you to upgrade, Pic Jointer would otherwise be a decently-looking app. Its UI is very responsive too, unlike other apps in this category.
Infinite cutouts / frames
As its name implies, pic Jointer does the simple job of putting various images in various cutouts or frames to create collages for you to share online, or to keep for yourself. You get 64 different frames to choose from, and each and every one of them is customizable. The end result of your work will almost always look great, so thumbs up for that. Too bad for the effects which are not available at all in the free version, though.
The beauty behind this app is that you can pan and zoom the photos in their boxes in real time, as well as adjust the size and color of frames, and control the curvature of borders. The end result will almost always look radical, and Facebook sharing is just a few taps away. You can also whisk off your creations via email.
IAP
Pic Jointer requires an in-app purchase for something that most photography apps offer as a free perk - filters/effects. The core functionality is free, but the app displays an ad once every few seconds. At times you just feel like you want to delete the app from your iDevice and just forget about it.
