How passionate are you about cooking? Well, if you’re looking for this particular app, then you’re probably at the very least quite interested in this activity, whether it’s just for your evening sessions in the kitchen or if you’ve developed a passion that goes beyond putting food on the table.

Cookbooth is an app that mixes together a really long list of recipes from countless users and chefs, and the chance to make yourself known by publishing your own recipes on the app.

Discover recipes

The app has a simple interface and you’ll find it easy to figure out since it’s all pretty intuitive. Cookbooth’s data is spread over four different areas.
In the “Chefs” area you’ll discover other users who have published recipes. These are either regular users like yourself, foodies, if you will, who simply love cooking or professional chefs who do this for a living. You’ll be able to check out their profiles and recipes and decide whether you want to follow them or not. Their profiles will hold their names, the type of account they’ve created (foodie or pro) and a list of recipes and books they’ve created, as well as the number of followers they have.

In the “Library” area you’ll discover your own profile, complete with the number of recipes you’ve liked and how many books you’ve put together. These books are collections of recipes if you will, such as for a special occasion, a type of dish, or a certain cuisine.

The “Explore” area gives you a long list of recipes to look through, both from those you follow and from random other people which were recommended for you.

Start cooking

In the “Kitchen” you’ll be able to put together the recipes you want to share with the world, adding the ingredients, step by step instructions and photographs to accompany them. Once you publish them, the app will make them look like any other recipe on the site, which is pretty cool.

There’s also a search feature which enables you to look for a certain ingredient, recipe, book or chef. You can check one of the boxes or more, depending on what you’re actually looking for.

The app looks great and it’s very easy to use, which will certainly make you stick around and use the app more than once, which isn’t something that can be said about all such apps.
