Chefs Feed 3.6.1
Well, it’s not just you that goes out and about, but also famous chefs. As you can expect, their standards are a bit different than yours and they aren’t exactly shy about stating their opinions.
Check on the chefs
Chefs Feed is an app that gives you access to local food and dining reviews made by top chefs. With this app’s help you can discover where these culinary experts eat and what they’re ordering, as well as what they thought about those dishes.
You can use all this information to plan out a new outing with your friends, should your pockets be deep enough, of course.
The app will detect your location and provide the nearest reviews from chefs. Unfortunately, these don’t cover the entire globe, but rather a limited number of cities, most of which are from the United States, although London and a few Canadian cities have also made it on the list. Regardless, you’ll get the info on the app either way, with the closest ones at the top, even if that location is some 1,000 miles away.
“Dishes nearby” will deliver you with a picture made by a chef, as well as some more info about the location where they ate it all and their reviews. If you have already had the same dish you can mark it as such, as well as if you plan on going there.
See what they like
Aside from checking out the various dishes present there, you can check out chefs too and see all the things they’ve recently eaten and what they thought about them. Alternatively, you can check out the designated “Chefs” tab and scroll through the dishes they’ve enjoyed and see what catches your eye and what you may want to try out too.
All in all, this is a nice app and it offers some inspiration about cool places where you can go out and enjoy a good meal. At the very least, if the locations are too far away from you, you can go looking for the recipe of something you saw the chefs enjoyed and take it for a spin.
