Perhaps one of the most annoying issues when traveling to a place you’ve never been to before is finding the right hotel to spend your nights in. Since this isn’t necessarily an issue when going to a place you’ve already visited before since you know at least one good place to lay your head at night, it may turn into a difficult task when going to a new location.

Agoda is an app that was created to help make things easier for you by providing you with hotel booking information for over 56,000 cities in the entire world. The app is pretty easy to use and there should be no issues in figuring it out by any of its users.

A no-nonsense app

As soon as you launch the app, you go straight to business. You’ll have to tell the app where you’d like to go. By default, the app will use your current location, which means this is also a great tool in case you wind up having to spend the night somewhere on the road, before you actually reach the destination.

More information needs to be provided to the app, including when you plan on arriving to the destination, how many nights you’re planning on spending there, how many adults and how many kids will be traveling, as well as how many rooms you’re looking for.

The app will immediately search for the right place to stay and provide you with a rather long list of hotels. It depends, of course, on how many have openings in that time period and how many establishments are there.

Sort and filter the results

The results can be sorted and filtered quite easily. For instance, you may sort them by popularity, by their star rating, review score, name or price.
If you want to filter the results even more you can choose the area the hotel should be in, the facilities it should offer and the star rating.

You can check out any of the entries. You’ll find the hotel’s name, the address and multiple pictures. There are also reviews from people who have visited and a way to book the room straight from the app. You can check out more info by accessing the various sections below, such as the hotel description and policies and so on.
