Fortunately, Google Play Store has some applications that might help you identify those callers and block them easily. One of such applications is Sync.ME. It displays the name of the caller, but it might pose some privacy issues. The app syncs your phonebook online and stores numbers on the developer's website.
Easy-to-use interface
The app launches with a tutorial, showing users all the neat things that they can do inside the app. You'll need to provide the app with your mobile number but it won't sent you a message to verify it.
Instead it will display a message telling you that your contacts will be sent to Sync.ME's servers to match them with social network profiles, improve Caller ID and Search capabilities. You can't use the app unless you give it access to all of your contacts and you let it copy them to its server.
Identify scan calls and block numbers
When you receive a call, the app displays the caller ID to make sure it identifies the caller and it's not a spam call. The interface is really intuitive, the home screen has quick access to all of your features on the home screen and it lets you search on its servers to find the name of the caller.
Other than that, it comes with a settings menu to help you make all sort of changes to the app's functions and interface. Users can adjust the display time and enable text messages ID. The app lets you adjust the auto-sync frequency for your contacts and have it only sync on WiFi so that it wouldn't consume precious data.
More features
The app can be set to overwrite existing photos for contacts and information like birthdays, found on social networks. Notifications can be automatically synched and users can block spammers and private numbers, so that they wouldn't bother you.
Users can find numbers to block among recent calls and text messages. The app integrates with Facebook or Google+ so you can retrieve contacts from there also. All of the features available inside the app are also found on the developer's website, however you can only make a limited number of searches.
