Solo Music Player 0.7d
It sports a really stylish and intuitive interface with plenty of tools at hand. It comes with material design and almost all the tools that you might need in order to manage your audio tracks and listen to your songs.
Sleek interface with plenty of features at hand
The app doesn't come with a tutorial or a presentation to show new users all the neat things that they could do inside the app. It comes with material design and a side menu that helps users access all sort of sections inside the app.
It doesn't require any setup or settings that you might have to do after launching the app for the first time. The app doesn't come with an additional theme, but the default one is really nice with plenty of tools at hand and the option to make some changes.
Listen to your favorite music
The app automatically organizes audio tracks on your device into various categories like albums, artists, folders and playlists. All songs are displayed on the main menu, simply tap on one to start playing.
It comes with controls in the notification bar and on the lock screen, it lets you skip songs and pause them when you need. The player mode automatically loads album art from your device and comes with some adjustments under the overflow icon on the top right corner of the screen.
More features and tools
You can adjust songs in your playlist easily, long press on one to move it up the list, slide to remove it. There's the option to set them on repeat or shuffle, if you want to play random songs from your playlist.
Other than that, the app doesn't really have that many options, you can change the default launch screen, set album art as player background or get notifications for updates.
The app doesn't come with any ads or in-app purchases, which is quite since not many top players are free of charges. However, it doesn't come with an equalizer or a sleep timer, which may be a bit inconvenient since many users find them quite mandatory.

It needs access only to areas of your phone that are connected to its features so it shouldn't pose any privacy issues. |
Battery8
Consumption is moderate, you don't need to worry about the app posing any privacy issues. |
Price10
It doesn't come with any ads or in-app purchases, which is quite nice. |
Compatibility8
The app should work on devices running Android version 4.0 or later, making it accessible to many users. |
It's one of the nicest music players out there, but it needs some more features.
