MediaFire 3.2.3

Cloud storage with lots of useful tools and features to help users free up space on their phones
People like to store all sort of files on their devices, especially tracks and photos. Unfortunately, phones come with limited space and an SD card won't help you much if you keep lots of data on your phone.

Fortunately, Google Play Store comes with lots of apps that provide users with free cloud space and the option to access their data from any device anywhere. One of such apps is MediaFire. It comes with 12 GB of free space and many other features.

Easy-to-use interface with plenty of features at hand

The app doesn't launch with a tutorial or a presentation of its features, which is quite inconvenient since users would find some guidance quite helpful. The first thing that you need to do inside the app is to create an account. Do so by providing your email address or signing up with Facebook.

Next, you can have the app enable camera upload and all of your pictures will be automatically uploaded to the cloud, if internet connection is available. Each user receives 12 GB of space upon registration, more than enough for their files.

Upload your files easily

The home screen launches with all of your most popular folders on your account and it lets you browse through files. There's a search bar at the top of the screen, for finding files easier among all directories on your device.

Simply tap on an icon on the top of the screen in order to access files that you could upload. It arranges files into several categories, like images, videos and files. There's an icon on the top of the screen and you can create as many folders as you wish in order to arrange files in your account.

More features and tools

The settings menu displays the amount of storage that you've used and it lets you unlink your device so that you wouldn't upload from it anymore. You can automatically backup pictures taken with your camera and have the app upload files when you have WiFi connection.

Other than that, the app doesn't come with that many features. It doesn't take long to upload files and accounts are password protected. The app lets you view docs, spreadsheets, presentations, video, and listen to audio, stream and play music and videos. You can also share files on the go via email, SMS, Facebook, Twitter, other Android apps, or copy and paste links.
