One of the apps that help you do just that is i6 Plus Launcher. It has lots of wallpapers to choose from together with other options that you can enable.
Simplistic but fresh UI with lots of tools at hand
The app doesn't launch with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, which is quite inconvenient considering that users could benefit from some tips when launching the app for the first time.
Still, you shouldn't have any trouble with this application, as it sports an intuitive and fresh design with all features at hand. You can find settings under the overflow icon on the bottom of the screen but don't expect the design to be too impressive. The app doesn't import your previous settings from the default launcher, so it won't display folders and other changes that you've done to the UI.
Customize the launcher
The app doesn't come with a drawer, it displays all applications on your phone on the screens. It lacks any option of arranging them by usage or by name. It also doesn't have any screen transition effects, a feature that almost all launchers have.
Other than that, it has a bar at the bottom of the screen, you can add there your most used applications so you could access them from any screen. The menu with settings lets you change the date format, enable the custom status bar or make some calendar options. You won't be able to add widgets to your home screen using this launcher.
More tools
It has only a few wallpapers that you can add to your home screen and they're not that impressive. A side menu under settings lets you browse the internet to search for web pages or images, but you should better use a browser for that.
The launcher takes a bit of time to load, so you would have to be really patient with it. You'll see some icons that don't come from any applications on your phone, don't tap on them as they are either ads or links for downloading other apps. In fact, the app is filled with annoying popup ads, it makes it difficult to access the app and use it as a launcher.
