One of the best applications for getting information on your device is DevCheck. It's packed with all sort of tools and features that allow users to get everything they need to know on their device, hardware and operating system.
Intuitive interface with all tools at hand
The app doesn't launch with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, which is quite inconvenient considering that new users would need some guidance when launching the app. Still, you shouldn't have trouble with navigating inside DevCheck app, as all sections are neatly arranged into tabs at the top of the screen.
Online registration isn't need, the app doesn't require internet connection to work which is quite nice, since it means that you can check it out wherever you are. It even come with some customization options, like additional themes and colors that you can adjust.
Get all the information you need
The dashboard displays all sort of information on the CPU status, temperatures, load. The same info is also available for your battery. It shows you the total RAM, uptime and deepsleep statuses.
The app may be set to display the temperature for each individual sensor that you have on your device. It also has details on your phone, like model, codename, manufacturer, serial number and IMEI. You can check information on the operating system, version, build, SDK and Kernel and it tells you if the device was rooted or not.
More features and details
Another section of the app shows you details on your processor, CPU, hardware, the number of cores, frequencies, graphics, resolution, frame rate and more. In addition, you can get info on memory like bandwidth, channels, RAM size and type.
It shows you how much storage is available on your device and it has all sort of details on your battery. Network information is also available, you can check the status, IP address, signal strength and frequency.
Other than that, the app allows users to check information on sensors on their phones and adjust settings under the overflow icon on the top right corner of the screen. There's the option to change units of measurement for temperature and to unlock some other features if you upgrade to the premium version for 2.79$.
