Arc File Manager 2.2.1
Google Play Store is filled with such apps, one of them is Arc File Manager. It's a neat app that lets you manage all files on your device, create folders and compress them to save some space.
Sleek UI with plenty of features at hand
The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, which is quite inconvenient considering that users like to get some tips when launching a new app.
Still, the app doesn't have an overcrowded interface, you'll find all tools at hand and it comes with a settings menu that gives you access to all sort of tools instantly.
The app has a settings menu and the option to adjust preferences in any way. It comes with a dark theme, simply apply it to change the appearance of your home screen. It has a search bar at the top of the screen, you can find all sort of items in your phone by simply typing in keywords.
Browse through all sort of files on your phone
The home screen is filled with thumbnails of folders on your screen. Batch selection is available, but users can't sort items n their device which is quite inconvenient. You can bookmark directories that you access the most and create all sort of folders on your device.
The app provides previews for your pictures, but if you want to see them you'll have to open your image viewer. The search icon lets you enable some filters, you can include folder names, have the app search in subfolders and enable the case insensitive feature.
Adjust settings to meet your preferences
You can have the app display hidden files and arrange folders on the home screen in a grid or list. There's also the option to auto close dialogs and show the thumbnail. You can also use fast scroll thumb and adjust the compression level for creating archives.
You can cut, copy, rename or delete files. Users can also bookmark items or create shortcuts for their files. The app comes with lots of archive options, you can adjust the compression level and change the encryption options. Users can also set passwords on archives, so that no one could gain access to them.
