Water your body app is an easy-to-use tool that will discretely remind you that it's time to have a glass of water.

Intuitive interface with a fresh and clean look

You would expect such an app to have a clean interface with all the tools at hand and although it lacks many features that would have made it more interesting, Water your body app is easy-to-use and will definitely make you think twice before uninstalling.

All its features are neatly arranged under the 'hamburger' icon on the left side of the screen. The app also comes with onscreen instructions of use and a guide for new users.

Log in your daily intake of water and calculate your target

Upon launching the app, Water your body needs personal information like age, weight and height, to determine your drink target. The target can be adjustment manually or increased by 10% if its a hot day or 15% if you've been exercising, so you'd know that the values are somewhat accurate and suitable for your body type and lifestyle.

You can add drinks of various types and quantities, as all sorts of drinks and juices are counted in the drink target. Also you should check out your drink log, with all the quantities you've entered and the respective hour. This will help you determine if for example you're drinking too much coffee or juice.

Graphs with weight reports

It's well known that increased water consumption can help you lose weight and increase your energy levels. Water your body app provides you with graphs of your water intake, together with an annual and weekly average.

In addition to that, it comes with charts on weight levels over the span of one year. The best thing about this app is that you can set notifications, making the app remind you whenever you forget to drink water and hydrate your body.
