The app doesn't have a tutorial, but it comes with some instructions that you can check out. The interface is quite simplistic, all the useful sections are arranged into thumbnails on the home page and it has a side menu for sharing content.

You'll get an overall score based on the result. You can also enjoy some trainings, but keep in mind that they could be tiresome for the eyes and do more damage than good. The app has lots of trainings, like pattern focus, light flicker, moving objects and more.

It has a section with your weekly overview showing you the tests and trainings that you've completed together with available ones. You can also check out the eye guide, containing a section in which you can ask doctors about any issues that you may have.
However, the information provided is purely informative and you should see a doctor if you experience problems with your eye sight. Check out daily tips, recipes to improve eye sight, a blog filled with all sort of information and first aid tips. All in all, the app is nice as it contains all sort of useful information n eye sight and illnesses related to it.
