Simplistic UI that lacks instructions
The interface is very simplistic, with only a few features to help you calculate tips. It comes with a gray background that can’t be changed. All icons are displayed at the top of the screen, there’s a keypad in the middle and a banner ad at the bottom. Ads may be removed if you upgrade to a paid version for 1.99$.
There are no instructions, but you wouldn’t need them as the app is pretty straightforward. The app comes with the option of saving the last calculated tip, in case you need to check it again. There’s also the option of setting the app to always round up sums, for you’d have an exact bill.
Calculate tips, deduct taxes
Calculating tips is really easy, simply choose the number of people who are dining at the table. You can calculate tips for more than 50 people. After that set the percentage of the tip from the total bill next simply type in the total bill and let the app calculate expenses.
You can set the app to round total expenses or round the tip. On the top of the screen it will display the sum paid by each person and the total tip. On the left you’ll have information on the total bill. You can set the app to also calculate taxes that come with the bill. For that you simply need to input the value of taxes.
