It's also useful to write down your tasks, especially if you're constantly busy and might forget to get certain things done. Fortunately, you don't need to use a pen and paper for that, there are multiple applications that could help you write down tasks set reminders for them.

One of those applications is Tasks Free. It's a clean and simplistic app that does the job and it even integrates with Google Tasks for increased functionality.

Sleek but simplistic interface that could use an upgrade

The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, it only requites users to register with their Google account for it could be linked to Google Tasks. Afterward, you can start using the app. It has plenty of space on the home screen for arranging and managing your tasks and it even comes with an overflow icon on the top right corner, where you can access settings and some sorting options.

The app lets you link multiple accounts to your app. It includes some customization features, like two themes and the option to choose the LED color for reminders.

Create all sort of tasks

It doesn't take long to create tasks on your device, simply pick a name, add some essential notes that you would like to remember and set a due date and reminder. It opens a calendar and a clock to make it easier to pick from them. You can also add it to a certain task list on your device.

The app lets you arrange tasks in whichever way you wish and even cross out the ones that you've completed. You can add multiple tasks, clear completed ones from the home screen or have Tasks Free only display the ones that you've crossed out.

More features

The app lets you share task lists online or sort them by order, due date or alphabetical. Other than that, you can make some changes to reminders, set a default reminder, sound, enable vibration and adjust the snooze length.

You can also suppress the link to the app when sharing lists or pick the day in which the week should start in the app calendar. It comes with some banner ads, which you can remove if you pay 0.99$ for the premium version. It could use some more features, considering that there are many task managers have.
