Slideshow Maker is a nice app that can help you do just that, by giving you the tools to use pictures from your gallery of social accounts to create slideshows.

Functional but unappealing interface

Functionality is very important for any photography app, but design must also be a central factor when creating an app. Photography apps with appealing interfaces manage to stand out from the crowd and gain much needed popularity.

Slideshow Maker sports an intuitive interface, packed with all sorts of tips and instructions to make it easy to create slideshows, but it could use an upgrade.

There are no additional themes to choose from and the settings menu is filled with the option of enabling notifications or removing banner ads for 2.09$. You also have the option of removing the app's logo from slideshows or adjust the video acceleration.

Choose pictures from your gallery or Facebook

Simply tap on an icon on the screen to enter the editor. You can choose from pictures in your gallery or on your social accounts, like Facebook or Instagram. The search bar lets you find additional images on the internet and you can even access your phone's camera to snap pictures instantly.

Select an unlimited number of pictures to include in the slideshow, but you can always add more if you like. Tap on a picture to edit, add filters, effects, text in 55 fonts and choose from over 100 stickers. You can also use colorful text bubbles in your slideshows.

The app features a few transitions to choose from, like shuffle, hinge and cut. It also comes with colorful text bubbles and the option to pick stickers in full screen mode.

Create slideshows

The app makes it easy to create slideshows with pictures. You can select from multiple effects for the slideshow or plenty of songs that would play in the background. Pause if you wish to make additional changes to the preview or adjust the rate with which the song plays.

You can adjust seconds per slide or have slideshows fit per music. There's even the option of importing your own music if you'd like and the extensions shop has many packs of stickers and features you can download for free.
