We've all went to the store and forgot one or two important items to buy. It's always frustrating to go back to the store to get the items. That's why many people create grocery lists so they wouldn't forget to buy anything.

But what happens when you forget the list at home. Remember The Milk makes sure you won't do that, since most people take their phones wherever they go. You can create all sorts of lists on it and set reminders for whenever tasks need to be completed.

Sleek UI with few customization features

While the app sports of nice interface with a clean look and some features, it doesn't really have any customization features, which any app should have especially task managers.

The app doesn't come with instructions, but seeing how the interface is intuitive and lightweight, it wouldn't need any. In addition, the app lets you backup lists and tasks, but it doesn't tell you the whole amount of space available. Still, it's nice to know that you can access your work from any device including PC, tablet and smartphone.

Create tasks and set reminders

The nice thing about this app is its interface. Two side bars on the left of the page let you access tasks assigned for the following days and provide access to lots of sections inside the app. Because of them, the UI doesn't seem crowded and keeps its clean feel.

Also, users have the option of adding tasks for any day of the week. They can assign a priority level, the date, add a tag or have the task be repeated after a certain interval of time. Moreover, you can estimate the time it would take you to complete a certain task.

Back up your information

The app sorts your tasks into various categories and lets you add tags to them. You can also use the search bar to find tasks faster or assign locations to them. Reminders can also be set so you wouldn't forget about things that you have to do.

You can change the font of the text or add sound effects. In addition, you have the option of syncing information with your online Remember The Milk account, so you may access your tasks from anywhere at anytime. Your account is protected by a username and password, so there's no need to worry about privacy.
