Notification Toggle
One neat way in which you can do that is by using an app that arranges them perfectly on a bar. One of such applications is Notification Toggle, which places toggles and shortcuts in your notification menu. You can arrange and assign app shortcuts and toggles, so that you can make the app your own.
Clean interface with much to offer
The app doesn't really have a tutorial, but a guide that helps you set it up before actually starting to enjoy it. You'll also get access to a section with suggested apps that you can check out and download from Google Play Store.
Some of them are also paid. Still, before you start arranging toggles on in your notification section, you'll need to adjust preferences and make the app your own. The app displays two status bars so that it would provide users with plenty of alternatives to get shortcuts to their favorite apps and to system toggles.
Adjust preferences
You can change the notification priority and select the minimum priority to hide the status bar icon and maximum to keep notification on top. In addition, you can change app icons and turn them transparent, but only if your phone has a dark status bar.
The status bar for the second notification row can be different, which is quite nice. You can also have the app display temperature units in Celsius or show notification toggles in lock screen. There's also the option of limiting the total number of toggles per line, which is actually a good idea because you won't be able to distinguish and tap on them as they'd be too crowded.
Pick toggles and app shortcuts
The app opens the whole list of system toggles on your phone, so you can decide which you wish to add to your notification bars. You can place a toggle on both bars, but you should also make space for app shortcuts. Users may set toggles for their WiFi connection, Bluetooth, flight mode, mobile data, sync, etc.
You can also link a music player and place settings in the notification bar. System settings and display may also be set, together with a useful shortcut to the flashlight. Pick apps and create shortcuts for them also. You can also adjust the color and icons on the bars and modify the status text below the toggles.
